1. Can I edit or change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited or changed once they have been successfully placed. This includes the application of promotional codes & rewards points.

2. What should I do if I want to make sure my order is correct before completing checkout?
Please verify that your cart is correct before proceeding to checkout to avoid any issues with your order.

Returns 

1. When can I return a purchase?
Purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. What items are eligible for refunds?
Refunds are accepted on full priced items only. Clearance & Sale items are final and NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Can I return gift cards?
Gift cards are NOT eligible for refund.

4. How do I initiate a return?
Please use the returns portal to request your return. You will need your order number to begin the process.

5. What should I include when returning items?
Ensure that the items are securely packed with the original tags attached.

6. Is there a processing fee for returns?
Yes, a $9.95 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

7. How long do I have to ship my items for return?
You have 28 days to ship your items once your return has been initiated.

8. How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our distribution center.

9. Are shipping charges eligible for refund?
Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

 

International Shipping

1. What are the shipping options for international orders?
International orders are shipped via UPS or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service.

2. Are there any restrictions for international orders?
The billing and shipping address must be the same for international orders. We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

3. What is the delivery time for international orders?
Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery of international orders.

4. Can modifications be made to international orders after they have been placed?
Unfortunately, order modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed. Additionally, international orders will not be shipped until all items in the order are in stock.

5. What are the shipping costs for international orders?
UPS International Ground is $35.00, while UPS International Expedited is $55.00.
